A friend's character.. Dr. Volgure is back!
The wings are added because I felt like drawing them and the angelic wing is torn up so don't be all "EL OH EL THAT IS INCORRECT" .. Well duh that's what happens when wings are torn up, especially when the main large feathers are ripped out.. But yeah..
